Terms of Service

Welcome to Cloud Manager

Welcome to Cloud Manager. By accessing or using our website, cloud platform, or related professional services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
These Terms govern your use of Cloud Manager’s ERP, payment, and automation tools, including modules related to operations, billing, inventory, accounting, and merchant services integration.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our website or services immediately.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, requesting a demo, subscribing to our services, or otherwise engaging Cloud Manager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and Cloud Manager regarding your access and use of our products and services.

Scope and Use of Services

Cloud Manager provides cloud-based ERP software and payment integration tools designed to support business operations, finance, and merchant services.
You agree to use our website and platform only for lawful, authorized business purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.

You must not:

  • Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of our software or website

  • Interfere with system integrity or security features

  • Use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized transactions

Any misuse of our platform may result in suspension or termination of access.

Service Engagement and Payment

Access to Cloud Manager services is governed by a written agreement, electronic subscription, or acceptance of an online plan.
Pricing, deliverables, and billing terms are clearly communicated prior to engagement.

Clients agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees according to their selected plan or service agreement

  • Provide accurate business and billing information

  • Adhere to the payment terms specified in the agreement

Delayed or failed payments may lead to suspension of access or additional charges.
Optional add-ons—such as integrations, advanced analytics, or customization—may incur separate fees.

Cancellations and Refunds

Service cancellations must be requested in writing or through your account dashboard within the timeframe stated in your agreement.
Once implementation or usage has begun, refunds are generally not available, as services include dedicated configuration, hosting, and support resources.

Any partial or prorated refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with contractual terms.
